A global consumer finance company needed to quickly roll out
a new employee purchase benefit program to nearly one million
employees and their families.
Solution
Edcor worked collaboratively with the client to design a comprehensive
outsourcing solution. The solution is scaleable enough to
quickly adjust to peaks in call volumes driven by special
purchase programs. Call center agents are trained to cross-sell
other related financial products. The solution was designed
to maximize the return on investment in the client’s
existing technology by surrounding it with a managed process,
state-of-the art call center facility, scripting and comprehensive
program management.
