Challenge
A well known, global food and beverage retailer initiated a new tuition benefit as part of its Total Pay Plan with the objective of encouraging its employee partners to advance their skills through the completion of job-related coursework. This client was searching for a third party to administer the program and meet their semester timing requirement.

Solution
Edcor was selected to design and implement a comprehensive tuition benefit administration program including a participant call center, hosting services, application processing and reimbursement services. Over 50,000 employee partners are eligible to participate in the program.
RESULTS
“Edcor put the pedal to the metal and delivered,” said the Director of Benefits. Edcor worked in collaboration with the client to ensure a program launch in time for the fall semester. Edcor’s experience was a key factor in the successful and timely launch of an important new benefit.
