A large manufacturing company challenged with addressing an
unplanned, increase of 140% in tuition assistance benefit
plan reimbursements.
Solution
Edcor’s consultants were engaged to perform an analysis
of the plan. The study revealed that the majority of the cost
increase was isolated to one segment of the plan participant
population. A detailed analysis of program objectives, policies
and program data was performed.
