A large pharmaceutical company with 70,000 learners in 50 countries needed to reduce its fixed costs and increase process consistency in the administration of its learning programs.

Solution
Edcor designed and implemented a comprehensive learning administration program including a contact center and overall program management. Full training record data management was provided, including: course setup, roster management and course completion reporting. The solution allows the client to use existing Learning Management Systems and HR technology investments.
