Edcor Named A Top 50 Inbound Teleservices Agency
PONTIAC - April 17 - Edcor has been named a
Top 50 Inbound Teleservices Agency for 2001 by Computer Inter@action
Solutions, a trade publication. The ranking, based on volume
of inbound telephone calls verified by a third party, appears
in the publication's April 2002 issue.
Edcor operates a 325-seat customer contact center
at its headquarters in Pontiac.
The company was also listed in the Who's Who
in Customer Relationship Management issue of Customer Inter@action
Solutions, published in January.
Edcor provides outsourced administrative processes
for customer relationship management, corporate training,
logistics management, and tuition plan administration. It
also offers performance improvement management consulting.
