consists of four components: The
basic user interface is our Web
Portal. It is a customized and secure
web site, and includes enrollment, status updates and
program information.
The second component is Customer
Care. This critical element represents
our trained, professional, multi-lingual customer service
staff supporting a 24/7 phone help desk.
The largest component is Program
Administration, Edcor’s intellectual
capital, which includes transaction processing, program
updates, reporting, and financial reconciliation.
Lastly, Support
Infrastructure acts as the foundation
for the entire service delivery architecture. It is
the Support Infrastructure component that ensures Edcor’s
