Built to Adapt: How We Grew by Putting Customers First
As Edcor was celebrating its 45th Anniversary along with Customer Service Week in early October, an interesting conversation took us down memory lane almost 3 decades back to the life of a Customer Service Representative (CSR). Back in the day, our team measured the workload in tubs of unopened mail. Today, the tools look very different, but the instinct of knowing each Client deeply is the same. We want to make it easier for the person on the other end. Every change we have made, from online applications to natural-speech phone support, came from one question: what do our Clients and their employees need?
In 2010, we moved away from one-size-fits-all and began customizing every Client’s program. We still work that way. We don’t pull from a menu of standard programs. We build around your priorities, your needs, and your culture. Behind the scenes, AI helps us score call quality, summarize calls, and translate on the fly, which now lets us service foreign-country reimbursement claims. Our fraud detection and prevention program also helps reduce risk and program misuse. Agile technology matters. However, people make the real difference.
Technology frees our team to spend more time with the person on the line. Our service teams have stayed fast as case volumes have grown, and our contact center is fully staffed to support your employees through their whole journey. Our service teams have stayed fast even as case volumes grew. Our contact center is fully staffed and keeps Clients and employees connected through their whole journey. And we keep improving, because the standard we hold ourselves to keeps rising.
Few organizations in our industry can say they’ve led successfully for 45 years. As far as Edcor is concerned, we got here by staying agile, adopting technology early, and keeping people at the center of every process.

CEO’S CORNER
This year, Edcor turns 45. That’s millions of employees, interactions, and partnerships with many of you that have lasted years and, in some cases, decades.
Thank you for trusting us with your people!
At its core, Edcor is a workforce education, talent development, and employee success partner. We help organizations build the skilled, future-ready workforce they need by connecting employees to meaningful education, career growth opportunities, and personalized support throughout their learning journey.
Our history gives us experience, but we know we can’t rely on it alone. We want you, and the market, to see who Edcor is today, so we’ve refreshed our mission and vision as a testament to the fact. Our mission is to empower organizations and their employees through education, delivering innovative solutions that unlock potential, strengthen workforces, and create lasting value. Our vision is a future where education opens doors to opportunity for every learner and drives success for every organization.
I know we don’t automatically get the next 45 years because we had the first 45. We are ready to earn them by taking care of you, taking pride in our work, learning from our experiences, and supporting one another. We’d be honored to keep earning your trust.
Let’s build the future together. Think Edcor. Think Possible!
